Urban City counts 24 spaces. We call them ‘boxes’ and ‘fixes’. ‘Boxes’ are included with services and based on a flexible rental formula. ‘Fixes’ are without service and based on a classic rental formula. From XL onwards, spaces can be both ‘boxes’ and ‘fixes’. The smallest space is 11 m², the largest 325 m².

Formulas
Urban City offers two types of rental formulas: ‘Flexible’ or ‘Classic’. And that’s exactly what it means: flexible for the short or longer term or a classic 3-6-9 contract.

Flexible is – we had a long brainstorm about it, indeed – a flexible formula for both short and long term. It also means it’s easy to go from SMALL to MEDIUM or XXL as your business grows. The ‘flexible’ rental formula gives start-ups and growing companies the opportunity to have space and services for a flexible period. With communal relaxation areas, coffee bars and meeting, workshop and event areas.

Fixed term contract
‘Classic’ is – another brainstorm waisted, we know – a classic 3-6-9 formula for companies that are solid enough to provide office services themselves and know that they have certainty and want certainty for a longer period of time. In this formula, additional meeting, workshop or event space can be booked and tailored services can be ordered.
